Information and referral service
EC GLOBAL PROMOTIONS LTD provides general yacht-clearance information and may introduce users to independent local yacht-clearance agents. It is not a customs, immigration, coast guard, port-police, harbour or government authority.
Independent agents
Any agent introduced through the service is responsible for confirming its availability, scope, fees and terms directly with the client. Unless expressly stated otherwise, local agents are independent businesses and are not employees of EC GLOBAL PROMOTIONS LTD.
No guarantee of clearance
Submitting a request does not guarantee that an agent will be available or that an authority will approve entry, departure or any other formalities. Official decisions remain with the competent authorities.
Accuracy and changes
Yacht-clearance rules, office practices, fees and availability can change. Users must confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or appointed local agent before relying on the information.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for providing accurate information, carrying required documents, complying with immigration, customs, tax, safety and navigation requirements, and allowing sufficient time for formalities.
